STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Women from Fort Wayne and Indianapolis are locked up after they stole more that $1,500 in merchandise from four stores at Fremont Outlet Mall.

Breonda Conwell, 24, and Shaholony Stanford, 29, are facing criminal charges in Steuben County after they stole merchandise and then attempted to run from the police.
