MARION, Ind (Indiana's NewsCenter) --- UPDATED -- 20-year-old Craig Charles, who is pictured on the right, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a Tuesday shoot out in Marion that left three people injured.

Police say the incident happened around 11:30 on the city's south side. Investigators believe the occupants of both cars were involved in vehicle arsons earlier in the day. Police say 24-year old Donald Gipson was shot multiple times and flown to a Fort Wayne hospital for treatment. His condition was not readily available.

The other two victims did not sustain life threatening injuries.

Marion Police are still searching for 20-year old Leroy Jones. Police believe Jones and Charles were involved in the shooting incident.
