FORT WAYNE, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter)--Some residents of Fort Wayne and fans of the Fort Wayne Wizards will forever be a part of the new Harrison Square Ball Park.

Today a ceremonial landmark in the construction of the new baseball stadium will take place.

Residents and fans joined Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry, previous and current city council members and many others officials who were involved in the multi-million dollar project.

Attendees etched their names into an "I" beam which will be located at the main entrance to the new stadium and what will become the highest point of the new stadium.

Hundreds of people came out to take part in today's ceremony....Creatively titled I might add...Topping off.
