FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) --- The project to make the Hillegas Road bridge structurally sound still has no set end date.
As of now, motorists traveling southbound cannot use it.
INDOT's I-69 expansion project aims to expand the highway from two to three lanes.
Coldwater Road loops remain closed to give workers enough space to maneuver, but drivers can still use exits.
The project is expected to be complete by November.
As far as city construction projects are concerned, the expansion and restoration of St. Joseph Center Road is set to be complete in 2010, but is a running a bit behind schedule.
Drivers can soon expect some delays.
All lanes of Jefferson Boulevard near Time Corners have now opened up, but Covington Road between Jefferson and Getz is still an issue.
The project is slated to be complete by November.
Other areas under construction to watch out for the next few weeks: Anthony Boulevard between Fairfax and Capitol, Ardmore and Taylor, and expect a new traffic signal at Butler Road and Hillegas.
