FORT WAYNE, IN (Indiana's NewsCenter) --- Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's moment in the spotlight at the Republican Convention was watched and critiqued by hundreds of voters in Northeast Indiana.
Palin's speech that included barbs aimed at the democratic ticket played well with Allen County's conservative voting base.
But not everybody is sold on the newcomer to the national political scene.
We visited Sara's Family Restaurant in the Village at Coventry Shopping Center, to see if patrons liked or disliked the tone of her message.
Judy Smith/Palin Supporter: " I think she did a great job, going out there and expressing her feelings and going after it, she was a good little attack dog I thought."
Esther Kolter/Allen County Democrat: " I think she's very good, I think she's going to be very good. But I just thought she was just kind of a little harsh."
One other patron said it will be interesting to see if she can hold up in a debate with Democrat Vice Presidential nominee Joe Biden.
