FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - One man has died after he was stabbed overnight.

The man's body was found at a home in the 2000 block of Phenie Street around 12:45 this morning.

Authorities believe the stabbing incident also involved a home in the nearby 1600 block of Taylor Street. Alcohol was a factor in the case.

24-year old John Sorg of Fort Wayne was taken in for questioning overnight; police later arrested him for murder.

He's being held without bond in the Allen County lockup.

An autopsy was performed this morning on the victim. His name has yet to be released, because his relatives haven't been notified at this time.

His death has been ruled the 19th homicide in the city this year.

Sorg's first court appearance is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
