INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan will be able to vote by e-mail, for the first time this November.
The new option is aimed at preventing delays that in-validated thousands of absentee military votes in the 2006 election.
This year, Hoosier troops can request ballots through e-mail, print them out, make their selections, and then e-mail them back to the Defense Department through a secure line.
