INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama plans a campaign stop in Lake County on Friday.
His campaign says Obama will speak at an 8:30 p.m. rally at Wicker Memorial Park in Highland. The event is four days before the election and is free and open to the public.
His campaign also released details of running mate Joe Biden's visit to Evansville on Saturday. It says Biden will appear with his wife, Jill, at a rally beginning at 10 a.m. Central Time at the intersection of Main and 6th Streets in Evansville.
Obama's last stop in Indiana was last Thursday, when he held a
rally in downtown Indianapolis. The stop in northwestern Indiana will put him in what is a stronghold for Democrats.
