A Witness To A Double Homicide In Fort Wayne Is Dead

TOLEDO, Ohio (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Police say 33-year-old Maurice Purley was killed last night in a suburb of Toledo.

Purely, along with 34-year-old Jerry Carr of Toledo, and 32-year-old James Carr of Fort Wayne were shot March 31st in an apartment in the 200 block of Masterson Avenue.

Both Jerry Carr, and James Carr died at the scene. Purely was taken to the hospital suffering from a bullet wound.

Toledo police are still searching for the triggerman.
