Vacant House Heavily Damaged By Late Night Fire

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Firefighters worked amid snowy and cold conditions late Monday night to extinguish a blaze on the city's south side.

The fire started around 11:30 P.M. in the second story of a vacant home at 3228 S. Harrison Street. The upper floor was heavily damaged by the fire.

The blaze was extinguished in about 20 minutes. Nobody was injured.

Authorities are looking into what caused this fire.
