FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - When Notre Dame University, an iconic catholic institution, invited President Barack Obama to be the commencement speaker and to receive an honorary law degree on May 17, it was news to Bishop John D'Arcy, whose diocese includes Notre Dame.
