FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Travel warnings for Mexico remain in place tonight.

Covington Travel officials say they've had a few customers cancel trips but most are just rescheduling for a later date.

Carol Cornell with Covington Travel says, “We haven't had a whole lot of demand to change things. We have people still calling in to book honeymoons and stuff but many of them are going to different Caribbean destinations but who knows if they were going to Mexico originally anyway.”

US government officials say the travel warning will remain in effect as long as influenza cases are detected in Mexico.
