Camp Whitley Won't Talk About Employee Or Former Employee Matters

By Scott Sarvay

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Camp Whitley's Board of Directors says it's not at liberty to discuss employee or former employee matters.

This, after its former director pleads not guilty to having sex with a teenage boy.

38-year-old Tara Brandon faces nearly 3-dozen charges of sexual misconduct and child solicitation.

She's accused of having a relationship with a teen youth counselor at Camp Whitley.

Brandon's also been on "unpaid leave" from the Whitko School District since April 20th when school officials learned of the allegations.

She'll appear in court again, June 22nd.
