Vera Bradley Golf Classic

(Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Vera Bradley Classic Golf Tournament is underway marking the end of another successful year for the Vera Bradley Foundation. After a brief rain delay, hundreds of golfers teed off Monday morning to wrap up a weekend of events. This year, the Vera Bradley Foundation is hosting tennis and golf tournaments, followed by dinner at Sycamore Hills and Wildwood Racquet Club. Golfers are playing 18-holes at Sycamore Hills Golf Club and nine holes at Pine Valley to help raise money for breast cancer research. Melissa Schenkel with the Vera Bradley Foundation says, “Everyone's playing for a good cause. They're all here to raise funds for breast cancer and everyone believes in the same cause that's why they're here.” Click for more information on how you can get involved in any of next years Vera Bradley Classic events.
