Ground Beef Recall Continues: Illnesses Reported

June 18, 2010 Updated Jul 2, 2009 at 12:05 PM EST UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Federal health officials say at least 12-people have been hospitalized in connection with a possible E-coli outbreak in beef. Those people are among at least 23-people in 9-states who may have gotten sick after eating contaminated beef produced by "JBS Swift" in Colorado. The company recalled about 380,000 pounds of beef this week. Kroger and Scott’s are also recalling the ground beef from their stores.
