WASHINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Democrats on a key U.S. Senate committee are circulating details of a revised health care plan.
It includes a government-backed insurance option, and a fee on employers if they don't offer coverage to workers.
The plan comes to a net cost of more than $600 billion over the next decade, which is far less than an earlier estimate of 1 trillion dollars.
Officials say the plan will result in 97-percent of Americans having health coverage.
