First Court Appearance For 39-Year-Old Who Had Alleged Relationship With 16-Year-Old

June 18, 2010 Updated Jul 9, 2009 at 4:14 PM EST FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A local man made his first appearance in court Thursday morning on several charges, including possession of child pornography. 39-year-old Bradley Kowalczk faces 10 counts in total; 5 of sexual misconduct with a minor, 2 of child exploitation, 2 of possession of child pornography and 1 of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges stem from a sexual relationship Kowalczk allegedly had with a 14-year-old girl. He's due back in court on August 28th.
