Fort Wayne Receives Money To Help Prevent Homelessness

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne is among four city's in the Hoosier state that will receive a portion of $22.9 million in grants to help prevent homelessness or to quickly find new housing if they lose their homes.

The Summit City will receive $874,000.

Indianapolis, Evansville, and East Chicago will also receive a portion of that money.
