December Trial Set For Alleged Molester

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A former Fort Wayne church organist learned Monday morning that he’ll be standing trial for allegedly molesting a teenaged boy.

57-year-old Dale Tucker is charged with 8-felony counts in Allen County involving sexual misconduct with a minor.

He also faces a felony charge of sexual misconduct with a minor in Wells County.

Police say he admitted performing several sex acts on a 15-year-old boy in both counties.

His trial in Allen County is set for December first.
