WASHINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The health care debate continues on Capitol Hill. The latest proposal being considered, an insurance tax to help pay for the overhaul.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says a tax on high-cost health insurance plans is "under consideration" as Democrats try to reach agreement within their ranks before taking a bill to the house floor later this fall.
