By Scott Sarvay

June 18, 2010 Updated Nov 2, 2009 at 12:26 PM EST DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Also in DeKalb County, a Garrett family severely burned when their home exploded in 2007. Has settled a lawsuit with their propane company. The Hardenbrook family had claimed "Hoosier Blue Flame Propane's" gas was unreasonably dangerous and defective. A gas build-up in the basement of Deb Klink's home caused it to explode in August of 2007, seriously injuring her, her daughter Kacy, and Kacy's two daughters. The company claimed any gas leak in the basement was not its fault. Both parties agreed to keep details of the settlement confidential.
