DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Auctioneer Dean Kruse was back in court Monday morning for another round of legal matters.

A superior court judge heard a request to dismiss a 3rd party complaint from Kruse against F.C.O.F. Midwest Credit.

At issue is a $13 million loan that Kruse obtained in 2007 and has now been accelerated. Huntington Bank and 15 directors are named by Kruse for taking funds from his $2.5 million depository account when payments were late.

The judge took the arguments from both sides under advisement and is expected to have a ruling in 10 days
