Huntington Having Budget Problems

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - In Huntington, the city is facing a $1.7 million shortfall.

And Indiana’s NewsCenter has learned that around 1 p.m. Tuesday, Mayor Updike will hold a meeting with certain city employees.

The meeting is widely expected to address whether employees across the city will be laid off, including those in public safety departments.
