FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Former republican mayoral candidate Matt Kelty is being sued by a former campaign advisor who claims he hasn't been paid $125,000 he loaned Kelty during his failed 2007 campaign.
Frederick Rost III claims he has only been paid back $25,000 of the $150,000 he loaned Kelty during 2007.
The lawsuit is seeking repayment of the loan of $125,000, plus late charges, interest and expenses.
Rost is also seeking attorney fees and expenses.
