STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Steuben County Police now believe the body of man found in a wooded area near State Road 120 Thursday morning is the subject of a Silver Alert.
The body was spotted by a State Police pilot about a mile west of State Road 127.
Clothing, general characteristics and ID found on the body lead police to believe it is 48-year-old Stuart Stalcup of Snow Lake who has been missing since October 11th.
Authorities say he'd been living with his parents after suffering a debilitating stroke, and was insulin dependent.
