Carfax Monitoring Cash For Clunkers

June 18, 2010 Updated Nov 6, 2009 at 6:19 PM EST UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A consumer alert for anyone in the market for a used car. Just this week Carfax has updated their consumer report with nearly 700,000 Cash for Clunkers vehicles. In a release, company officials say they are monitoring the clunkers to ensure they don't end up back on the streets. Right now, no scam incidents have been reported but experts say you can do your own investigation by getting a Carfax Report and having the used vehicle checked out before you purchase the car.
