7 Area H.S. Marching Bands Head To State Championships (VIDEO)

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21Alive) -- Several northeast Indiana high school marching bands competed in the Indiana State School Music Association Semi-State Marching Band competition last weekend and seven of those that competed are headed down to Indianapolis to compete for the state title.

14 schools around Fort Wayne made the trip last weekend. Seven will compete for a state title this coming weekend. Schools moving on in the competition are as follows:

Class A
Homestead High School
Carroll High School

Class B
DeKalb High School

Class C
Concordia Lutheran High School
Norwell High School
Angola High School

Class D
Adams Central High School

State Finals will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium Saturday.
