FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The drug test results that showed a 7-year-old had tested positive for methadone, marijuana and PCP, were false positives.
The girl was taken to the ER at the Parkview on Randallia Dr. last month by her mother and at the time the she wouldn't cooperate with Child Protective Services according to a police report.
A hospital spokesman confirmed that the test were a false positive and would not comment any further on the matter.
No one was charged.
