One Man Dies, Another Hospitalized Following Separate Hunting Incidents

NOBLE & WELLS Counties, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Authorities say a medical condition contributed to the death of a deer hunter in Noble County.

Officials say 65 year old Jerry Adair of Goshen was found dead under his tree stand in a rural area near West County Road 200 North Saturday evning.

After an autopsy, investigators ruled Adair died from a heart-related medical condition.

Also on Saturdray, 45 year old Ronadl Hostetter of Markle was injured while hunting in Wells County.

Officials say he apparentlty fell from his tree stand on North County Road 200 West. He was hospitalized with serious injuries after he called authorities with his cell phone.
