FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne woman who served time for killing her two-year-old daughter could have her probation revoked because of another incident.
Judi Noe is charged with resisting arrest after police say she refused to get out of a church fountain.
She has been ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation and any decision on her status is now postponed until February 3rd.
She's been on probation since her release from prison after serving two-years for drowning her daughter and then living with the corpse for two weeks in 2004.
