Hundreds Turn Out In Indiana To Meet Palin

June 18, 2010 Updated Nov 20, 2009 at 10:35 AM EST NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (AP) - Hundreds of people greeted Sarah Palin with cheers as she arrived in central Indiana for a book signing, telling her fans they were "hard-core patriots." The former Alaska governor stepped off a tour bus at a Borders store in the Indianapolis suburb of Noblesville about 6 p.m. Thursday, carrying her 19-month-old son Trig. Palin told fans who waited in a light rain that she had a great time when she visited the city 20 miles north of Indianapolis last year as the Republican vice presidential candidate. Palin added, "but I think I'm having even more fun now." Earlier Thursday, hundreds of fans turned out to meet Palin at a Meijer store in Fort Wayne to sign copies of her bestseller, "Going Rogue."
