Motion Denied In Pattison Case

WABASH, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Wabash County judge has denied a request by Scott Pattison's attorneys to have a copy of the grand jury transcripts.

The 39-year-old LaFountain man was indicted in September for the July 2nd murder of his wife Lisa.

Pattison's attorney argued that by not releasing the documents it was in violation of their client's constitutional rights and hindering efforts to provide a proper defense.
