Judge Sentences Accused

(Indiana's NewsCenter) - A judge sentenced a Fort Wayne man to two years plus another year in prison, for an incident that led to his being shot by a police officer. Those sentences will be served concurrently. 22-year-old Carleon Ragsdale pleaded guilty last month to charges including criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement. Ragsdale was shot after he ran from police while they responded to reports of his flashing a gun outside the Superior Street Bus Station last May.
