ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - An Allen County man charged with killing a mother of three while driving drunk is now formally charged.
The Allen County Prosecutor has charged 52-year-old Brian Mansfield with five felony counts. Including operating a motor vehicle with .15 or more blood alcohol content, causing death.
Police say Mansfield killed 45-year-old Jacqueline Yenser of Antwerp after he blew a stop sign November 24th hitting Yenser's SUV.
Blood tests showed Mansfield had a blood alcohol content of .37 at the time of the crash, more than four times the legal limit.
