Angel Tree Program Extended

June 18, 2010 Updated Dec 11, 2009 at 7:53 AM EST ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - This holiday season, hundreds of local children still are in need. So the Salvation Army is extending the Angel Tree deadline. More than 800-tags still hang in the community, each one representing a child who will not receive anything this Christmas. The Salvation Army has moved the deadline to Tuesday, December 15th for people to pick-up a tag and fulfill the request. To find out where you can get a tag or how to get involved, call the Salvation Army at 744-2311.
