8-Year-Old Comes Home With Feet Duct Taped (with Video)

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Parents of an 8-year old girl with Down Syndrome want answers after their child got off the school bus with both feet wrapped in duct tape.

According to the parents, it took about 30-minutes to unwrap their daughter's feet and the tape was wrapped so tight it left bruises on her feet and ankles. The school district says it is conducting it's own investigation and have notified the Indiana Department of Child Services.
