New Security Measures At The BMV

INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - With the New Year comes tighter security restrictions at the state license branches.

Effective January 2nd anyone wanting to renew their driver's license or ID cards must prove their identity with a birth certificate or passport, present a social security card, prove legal status if not an American citizen and prove Indiana residency by bringing along a utility bill or bank statement.
