ADAMS COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - An Adams County jury has convicted a Decatur man of neglecting 37-horses.
Rick Hill was found guilty of 12-misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty and one felony count of improper disposal of a dead animal.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department confiscated more than 3-dozen neglected horses from Hill's farm in August.
He will be sentenced in February.
