FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Neighbors of David DeLagrange say they are nervous about the prospect of the accused voyeur getting out of jail and moving back into his Fort Wayne home.
The 40-year-old DeLagrange is being held on $50,000 bond in Indianapolis after being arrested Saturday inside Castleton Mall.
Police say he used a boot camera to look up womens' and girls' dresses and skirts.
A neighbor of DeLagrange, Dwight Zimmerman says he's not surprised to learn an accused sex offender lives right behind his house.
Zimmerman said, "They're all around here, if you check the registry. It's a...it's scary. I don't let my daughters go anywhere alone. I think that's going to make me a little more paranoid, not that I needed any help.”
Indianapolis Police had no comment about a search warrant executed at DeLagrange's home.
