FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Two Fort Wayne men appeared in court Monday morning, charged with breaking laws at a charity gambling enterprise.

Ralph White and George Kotsopoulos are accused of illegally profiting from poker, blackjack and other games at what used to be the Parnell Poker Palace in 2008 and 2009.

The facility is now a bar.

Prosecutors say the men took money which should have gone to charity and illegally paid volunteer dealers thousands of dollars.

Three other men are also charged in the case.
