Bishop Luers Recognizes Girls Basketball Team

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Students packed the Bishop Luers gymnasium to recognize their girls’ basketball team.

The girls took center floor as their classmates celebrated their Semi-State Champions.

The 2A class took on Austin in the State Championship Saturday.

They lost in an overtime thriller 70-65.

The girls say they are thankful for the support and look forward to next season.
