WASHINGTON (Indiana's NewsCenter) - One day after the President signs the Health Care Reform Bill into law. A problem emerges.
The problem, the law provides a less than complete guarantee that children with health problems will qualify for coverage.
Under the new law, insurance companies would be able to refuse new coverage to children with pre-existing medical conditions.
Administration officials are scrambling to fix the gap.
