INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana will join with other states in legally challenging the recently passed federal health care law.
Attorney General Greg Zoeller made the announcement Monday.
The action was originally filed last week by 13 other states.
In January Senator Richard Lugar requested that the Attorney General review the Health Care Bill as to its constitutionality and its impact on the state of Indiana.
In a report Zoeller found that the mandate requiring everyone to buy health insurance would be unprecedented.
