More Evidence Presented Against Beal

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The trial for a Fort Wayne group home executive accused of raiding a client trust fund continues.

57-year-old Ernest Beal Jr. faces one felony theft count.

Prosecutors say the head of the "Your Friends and Neighbors" group home made unauthorized transfers of money from a trust fund for developmentally disabled residents, so he could pay his own $325,000 salary.

The trial is scheduled to conclude Thursday.
