FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A trial date has been set for a Fort Wayne businessman accused of illegally profiting from a charity gambling business.
Jury selection will begin for 51-year-old George Kotsopoulos August 24th.
Police say Kotsopoulos took money, which should have gone to charity and illegally paid volunteer dealers thousands of dollars at the former Parnell Poker Palace in 2008 and 2009.
