KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Indiana's NewsCenter has learned that a third Kosciusko County boy will be tried as a "juvenile" in the death of a Cromwell man.
The prosecutor dropped a request to try 12-year-old Chase Williams as an adult.
Williams is charged with "aiding and causing" the murder of his friend's step-father.
15-year-old Colt Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gingerich have been charged, as adults, with the murder of Lundy's stepfather.
Williams' initial hearing in juvenile court is set for Wednesday.
