WABASH, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A Wabash County man charged in his wife's murder will be looking for a new attorney.
Fort Wayne Attorney Michelle Kraus was removed as one of Scott Pattison's defense attorneys after it was revealed that Kraus had previously represented a witness in the case.
Pattison is accused of killing his wife Lisa in their LaFountain home this past July.
His trial date is set for July.
