(Indiana's NewsCenter)--Indiana's NewsCenter's morning anchor, Ryan Elijah, has decided to run to fill the 3rd District Congressional seat left vacant by Mark Souder.
Elijah, a Republican, will hold a series of formal announcements on Tuesday.
He says he is completely humbled by the reaction and support he has received over the past couple of days.
He will take a leave of absence from the station.
