WARSAW, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The two Kosciusko County boys charged with murder will be tried "together" in adult court.
Police say 15-year-old Colt Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gingerich murdered Lundy's stepfather, 49-year-old Phillip Danner, last month while their 12-year-old friend stood watch, outside.
The trial is expected to begin October 5th and continue through the 15th.
Lundy's attorney also filed an appeal to send Lundy back to juvenile court.
