PERU, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – A U.S. Airmen was recently arrested by state and military officers on charges of arson.
Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office fire investigators determined that the fire that occurred at Airmen Ben Durr’s home in Walton, Ind. was intentionally set.
Durr’s wife was also arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit arson, a class C felony.
Due to pending legal action, no more details can be released.
